Guidance:
Your measurement is at the higher end of a size but also overlaps with the next size.
In this scenario, we recommend the bigger size so they last longer, but they will be a little big to start with.
The measurement is 1-2mm away from the minimum of the next size.
Narrow Feet: Smaller size
Normal Feet: Smaller size for better fit, size up to last longer but may be a trip hazard.
Wide or High Volume Feet: Size up

Option 2.
Measure at home:
1. Remember to measure both feet, making a note of the longest.
2. Place your foot on a flat surface with your heel against a straight edge.
3. Place a ruler beside your foot touching the straight edge your heel is also touching, then take the length in millimetres from the tip of your longest toe to your heel.
(Please be aware that your longest toe may not always be your big toe.)
