UK Shipping
- Standard Shipping delivery from £4.65
- Express Shipping delivery from £5.35
The cut off for order fulfilment is 1300. Orders after this will be collected the next working day. Order placed after 1300 on a Friday are collected on Monday.
Int'l Shipping
International orders take anywhere from 10-14 business days, and that does not include any additional custom clearance delays.
All international customers may be required to pay customs duties, tariffs and taxes from their respective countries. These costs are completely out of our control and cannot be waived or refunded.
Returns
UK Returns
Returns are £1.99 for the 1st pair and £1 for each pair thereafter is the same return package. Returns must be unused, neatly repackaged in original packaging and all in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Int'l Returns
Return postage and any associated costs, taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Information and Customer Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at the time of placing an order is complete, accurate and up to date, including (without limitation) the recipient’s name, delivery address, postcode and contact details.
The Customer must carefully check all delivery details before submitting the order.
We shall not be responsible for any delay, failed delivery, loss, mis delivery, or additional costs arising as a result of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information supplied by the Customer.
Where an order has been dispatched to the delivery address provided by the Customer, delivery shall be deemed to have been correctly made to that address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the Customer, we reserve the right to charge the Customer for any reasonable additional postage, packaging and administrative costs incurred in re-dispatching the order.
If the order cannot be recovered following dispatch to the address provided by the Customer, we shall not be obliged to provide a refund or replacement, except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this clause affects the Customer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
