I need to return these, because they are very big for my child. I can not find any order confirmation email. I don't know what to do to return them. I love them, but they are very big and is pointless to just keep them for later, because children's feet grow differently, next autumn he might need a totally different size, I don't know. Please help me return them.

Ordered these for my reception aged child for September start. It's now Christmas holidays, so 3 months in, and they look good as brand new. Another mum I know bought her child's shoes from another popular shoe shop (spending a similar amount) and said those shoes already have holes in them! So I'm very pleased, the Stirling are good value for money and comfortable, would purchase again in the next size up.
I bought these for my granddaughter. I think they are the right size but my daughter can’t get them on to her daughter’s feet. It seems her instep is too high so we will be returning them. Such a pity. They are lovely boots
We always struggle to find shoes that fit my sons super wide feet, these are perfect and go on with ease. We changed back to another 'fashion brand' the other day as lost his bgreater pair, he took them off as soon as he got into school and said they was uncomfortable and hurt his feet. Worried about when he outgrows bgreater as not all shoes seem to go much higher in sizes as he will literally only wear these shoes!
Where is my foot measure it's being 10 working days still not delivered. This is scam, be aware everyone.

Bought these for my three year old. They are his main trainers and he has worn them virtually every day and they look just as good as when we bought them 5 months ago. They’ve been over the park, in the woods, on holiday and to playgroup. He has never complained about wearing them. It’s great to have some barefoot kids shoes that are both well priced and available in the UK! I will definitely buy more pairs as he grows out of them. Please branch out into adult sizes too, I’d buy some straight away!
Giving a 3 star as the shoes have been bought as a Christmas present. I loved the colour, as I hope she will. A more appropriate time for me to review will be after Christmas when she will have received them, worn them and given them the thumbs up!

Great quality and a quick delivery, comfortable school shoes for my son. Previous pair were still in a very good condition (also purchased here last year). Due to growing feet had to size up with a new ones 😀 👍

Our little one seems happy in the shoes and is able to put them on and take them off easily, which is great for independence. I’m not sure if sizing is “true” or consistent with other brands as I ordered a size up and would say they seemed to be about the same size. Worth having their foot measuring gauge to be sure.
Gorgeous shoes, the second time we have bought them. Nice and wide, very comfortable, strong and resilient, easy to clean and perfect mix of barefoot and structure.
