All BGreater are handcrafted in small batches. By producing in small lots we are able to minimize waste and overhang and churn inventory more quickly. As a result, we don’t have to build the cost of "excess inventory" into our prices, allowing us to pass along those savings to you.

BGreater was originally "bootstrapped" with our limited personal savings, which taught us how to be smart with our money. We keep fixed costs low and do almost everything in-house with a hard working team who believes in the mission, opting for equity ownership over high salaries.

Why We Exist
After being medically discharged from the British army, I learnt how much shoes affect kids' foot development. Witnessing my son's feet change in regular shoes inspired me to create a solution.
BGreater was born: premium, affordable, foot-shaped shoes, crafted by experts for lasting comfort and durability.
The Alden shoes are fantastic. My toddler loves wearing them as she adores the teddy bear design and the shoes are comfortable. We love that they are good for her feet and they also look lovely!

Really cute shoes and daughter loves them
Our daughter has her first pair of barefoot shoes. She has a disability which means that her one leg is much more swollen than the other. For this reason we find buying shoes really tricky. Despite this, BGreater shoes fit perfectly. We had a really helpful experience when we went for a fitting. They are easy to get on and off, so much so that our 2 year old can put them on herself! To top it all off, these shoes are a much better price than most barefoot shoes. I think this will be our brand of shoe for the foreseeable future! Thanks for making our shoe shopping experience so much less stressful.

I’m very new to barefoot shoes and was worried about taking the leap and purchasing shoes online for my toddler! I’m thrilled to say BGreater did not disappoint and their toddler trainers are not only adorable but functional and comfortable for little ones feet. My daughter will actually walk for ages in these and always chooses to wear them over any other shoes! Will be purchasing in all sizes until she outgrows them!
