All BGreater are handcrafted in small batches. By producing in small lots we are able to minimize waste and overhang and churn inventory more quickly. As a result, we don’t have to build the cost of "excess inventory" into our prices, allowing us to pass along those savings to you.

BGreater was originally "bootstrapped" with our limited personal savings, which taught us how to be smart with our money. We keep fixed costs low and do almost everything in-house with a hard working team who believes in the mission, opting for equity ownership over high salaries.

While most "business people" tell us our markup is too low, we disagree. We are forgoing short-term profits in exchange for offering our friends, family, and customers a better value. After being medically discharged from the British army, I learnt how much shoes affect kids' foot development. Witnessing my son's feet change in regular shoes inspired me to create a solution.

Our 1 year old has recently started walking so was in need of his first pair of shoes after he got to grips with this new way of moving around. I'd heard of your shoes from Instagram so I thought I'd give them a try. Our lil one loves them and goes to find them even when he doesn't need them on. He found it very easy to walk around in them which is great. The fit is perfect and the vibrant red colour is lovely. I'm now tempted to buy school shoes from here for my 5 year old.
